Unsolicited submissions

Jim Meier, Meier Entertainment City, Meier City Pictures, and Meier Publishing do not accept unsolicited submissions of any kind. This includes ideas, concepts, pitches, treatments, scripts, outlines, books, recordings, and any other creative or business materials. Please do not send them through this form, by email, or by mail.

If you send materials anyway, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We have no obligation to read, review, return, keep confidential, reply to, or pay you for them.
• No confidential or special relationship is created between you and us, and no agreement of any kind, written, spoken, or implied, exists because you sent them.
• We may already have similar or identical ideas or projects in development, or may develop them later, from our own work or from other sources, and we owe you nothing because of any similarity.
• You waive any claim against us arising from our receipt of your materials or from any similarity between them and our work.
• We may delete or discard materials without opening or reading them.

If you have a media or business inquiry, please use the form and describe it briefly, without attaching or describing creative material.
